1987 Yamaha 4HP - general questions

I just picked up a small sailboat with an '87 Yamaha 4LH, code 6E0 L. It has an internal tank, which I think is nice, but I don't know the capacity. Half a gallon maybe?

I'm also wondering if there are ears available which will fit this little guy. Anyone know?

I believe the old small motors had a plate or plug you took off on lower unit and screwed a flush adapter into it, but do not know for sure.

Might look up a parts break down and see if it has anything in it that would help you

I had a Yamaha 4 HP for several years on my canoe and it was a real gem....you can run it in a drum of water...don't recall about the flushing ears...
