Had the boat for about 3 years when I first got it it wouldn’t crank so I took it to a repair shop he cleaned my carburetor did a compression text everything was good got it to crank so I go to lake in it’s like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to crank it if it did crank so I did some digging push the throttle down and push the key in for like 8 to 5 seconds it seen like it wanted to crank but didn’t did some more digging I replaced the battery and starter and the battery cables still not working so I put it on back burner for about a year took it to another shop got him look at it he cleaned my carburetor and replaced the primer solenoid and said I didn’t have a spark so I took it home an let it sit for about 7 months I was thinking I just get a new boat but I look at some videos on YouTube in it’s not hard to do so replace stator and timer base still wouldn’t crack but I think my timing is off because my flywheel key is mess up so I’m wanting on that

So my question is there anything small that I can do b4 I say the hell with it I know my gas is old so I might get some spray but I’m to my wits end sry so long

Post the compression values.-----You push the key in and hold it in while cranking it over.----Replace flywheel key and torque flywheel nut.----Sounds like it will fire right up after all the work that was done !
