runs fine at idle when I go to full throttle it picks up some speed then boggs down and dies,I see the fuel bulb has collased after pumping it again it starts up.I heard a backfire when restarting the motor, could this be a vent problem I have new fuel and oil mixture right? <br /> <br />Thanx Jeff
