Morning everyone, I'm new to the forum, and new to boating as well. Last week, I bought an 88 Bayliner Capri for what I felt was a really good deal ($1000). Took it out Sunday and it ran perfectly, zero issues other than I noticed that both the light on the bow and the horn did not work. So, I took it apart and replaced the broken bulb. Put it all back together and suddenly the horn worked, but the light still did not. I checked the fuses behind the dash and they were all intact. Frustrated, I pushed the horn button again, and it didn't work anymore. Then I turned on the blower to find that it didn't work either. Long story short, the only things that work right now are the trim and the stereo. No horn, lights, blower, bilge pump, or starter/ignition. I did a lot of research and I've seen things ranging from fuses under the dash to 50 amp fuses on the motor. I've checked all of those and nothing is popped. I've also read that there is a reset button somewhere in the engine compartment, but I have searched all around and have yet to find it. I'm no mechanic by any means. I don't have many tools. No power tester tool. If anyone has experience with this and might be able to walk me through it that would be awesome. P.S. the battery is brand new and fully charged.
