this is more of a story than a question. If this goes in another category admin can post this where it should be.

i hope everyone knows the value of these forums. Truly priceless . My motor had low power. Wouldn’t go fast. I knew something wasn’t right. So I searched.... and searched and searched!...

after reading the whole thing which he finds someone did a botched 15hp conversion carb mod, I said to myself... what are the odds my motor has the same change to the high speed oraface plug.

I can not believe that dang plug had a 54 on it..

It is amazing how often I hear people say that a simple jet change will change the horsepower by 50%. A carburetor can only flow a certain amount of air at wot, changing the jet can only make that mixture leaner or richer-
