when i shift into gear the prop turns slowly<br />regadless of throttle speed. It is enough to move boat slowly then after a minute or so it jumps into gear. Seems like not engaging something all the way. local repair shops (southern connecticut) won't even look at it because its a force.Had the gear/throttle mechanism worked on last year because it was stiff, ran okay for a few months.
