1988 Force 125 hp controller

What controller do I need for a 1988 Farce 125Hp engine? I'm installing the engine on an old pontoon project I've been messing with. I have a Mercury, standard block box like you see everywhere. Will this box work for the Force 125 Hp engine? I know I have to change cables, but it seems the throttle works backwards to the Mercury control box I have.

On my 1986 85 h.p., I replaced the original with the UFLEX B184 and it works fine. It has wiring/switch for tilt/trim built into the unit. Two yr. warranty. Not sure but I think I got it on flea bay...

Did it come with the key switch or just the shifter and throttle mechanism?

Any Force/Chrysler shifter up to 95 should work.
If you need the key switch and T@T your best bet is new.
But!! ebay sometimes has what you need?

Just the shifter, no ignition switch

Oh yea that Mercury shifter probably won't work unless you get the shift parts off of a
95+ Force
But that might not work either
