My tilt and trim motor would not work.I took it to a repair shop, they said it worked fine. Solved problem (ground was disconnected from one of the relays)installed motor, the motor made bad noise but tried to pump. Too motor back to shop they said they left the shims out.(what ever that is) Installed motor for the second time, motor runs fine but does not pump at all. Could it need bleeding or do I have a pump problem? Thanks in advance...
