1988 four winns 3.0 omc no spark

Boat was running fine, conked out, now I am getting no spark to the points. Replaced coil, dist. cap rotor, points, still no spark. I have 12 volts to the coil. There is no kill switch. Any ideas?

Mikey, thee is an OMC section in the forums and you might get better visibility to your problem if it was there. However, here is a link to the OMC info on this forum. http://forums.iboats.com/forum/engi...nes-outdrives/342742-omc-information?t=334348 . There is a service manual for 1990 engines. It will probably work. Download it and look at it.
Page 2-27 (63 or 608 in my pdf reader) has a generic troubleshooting guide
Page 3-28 (104 of 608) is the ignition circuit.
That should help you diagnose and fix your problem

You're getting power to the distributor, but not beyond. Am I reading that right? Points are set right?

Set them right. Power to coil, no spark.
