Hello again, My friends bought a 1988 Sea ray weakender with a 454 and bravo 1 outdrive. I went over today to look at it and I noticed a block on the fins on the outdrive and the inlet tube coming threw the inner transom plate was blocked off. I looked under the boat and there was a raw water strainer on the bottom and I traced the hose and it went to a pump then to the power steering oil cooler. He ran that engine with muffs on it not knowing it was raw water cooled and I know the impeller is toast. What kind of a job is it to change that impeller? is there a manual I can download?
