1988 OMC 5.7 sterndrive water flow

I had to replace the bellows on my 1988 omc 5.7 sterndrive on a bay liner and now I have water coming out from under the transom where the anode is and also from under the lower unit anode. I don't remember water there before, but is this normal or ok?

assuming the water is coming out of the idle relief ports, then its completely normal
