put a used power head n my yamaha 225 1988<br />got it idling very good revs up fine when i take to lake it runs 20 seconds up to certain throttle then doggs out completely.the carbs were supposedly cleaned out end of last season<br />the primer bulb seems like full of fuel and have 2 new fuel pumps.would any body know if that throttle sensor for the computer be in the wrong position or does it sound like small air leaks in hoses etc.i know the engine is good with lots of power just cant seem to get it running right.<br />also the cover says use br9hs-10 plugs and got the motor with br8hs-10 is that hotter plug??
