Post photo's of where the pump should be. Do not recommend using an electric pump on an outboard.

Get your model # off the transom bracket and then go to the boat motor parts at the top of this page and you will likely find the fuel pump that will fit this engine. Good luck.

most people disable the vro side of the fuel pump and run premix if this is a option you are willing to take then the link posted will help. If you still want to go with the vro then you will need a new vro/fuel pump and they are expensive (vro and fuel pump are the same pump)
http://forums.iboats.com/forum/engi...nrude-outboards/397820-vro-to-premix?t=388154 this and other advise is available on the evinrude forum first post http://forums.iboats.com/forum/engi...oards/307224-top-secret-file-updated-8-1-2012.

now ive personally never replaced one with the option that is quoted but it is the advice I would follow if I ever had to plus I like the cost better than a vro/fuel pump.
