Just a note to anyone trying to link one of these. I was going over my new (to me) motor and I could not get the roller to touch the throttle cam. When I got better light I saw that someone had replaced the screw and it was too long and was touching the block not allowing the roller to touch the cam.

Just something to check if you are having a problem like this o a looper

I believe your roller should have a clear bushing on it too. That will make the roller larger. With the bushing in place your roller will be approx. 3/8" in diameter. Make sure its there.

I did not see that on the part list but have seen it on a friends 150. With the proper screw I have plenty of adjustment now. Its just amazing how a misused part can cause a major problem.

I will look for the clear bushing

Jon, check and make sure you can get full throttle, the butterflies in the throttle body must open to full horizontal.
