1989 15' Capri Side panel upholstry stage completed :)

I bought this 89 capri with a trailer for $500.00. The trailer had no title, (I finally got that cleared up) so in the mean time, I decided to redo most of the interior upholstry which was cracked up ...

I used the original foam, but replaced the wood and vinyl. I replaced the metal piece of trim with cut and polyurethaned 1x1/2 treated stock.

This winter, a friend and I might replace the bulkheads and the deck. It's Kind of a lil boat for a restoration, but I like to putz around and learn things, heh

Nice work and "size doesn't matter" when it comes to restoration work. Do whatever you feel comfortable doing. Nothing beats taking something and making it truly "yours". Good luck and keep us posted as you progress.
