1989 25hp Evinrude lower unit leaking oil

Hi, the lower unit on this 1989 25 hp evinrude is leaking oil in two spots. Right under the water pump and out of the prop shaft. How hard would it be to fix this. Will i have to completly dissasmble it? I worked on this unit before. This is the model where your not supposed to pull up on the driveshaft well its off.

Im assuming its the upper and lower seal in the water pump area and the prop seals for the prop shaft but is it a quick fix?

Yes waterpump seals are quick and easy. Prop shaft seal is a little tougher, because you have to remove the bearing carrier, but nothing to scoff at. And what is off, did you pull the driveshaft all the way out?

No would i have to take the driveshaft out to replace those seals under the water pump.

No sir. I believe the waterpump base will come out, and allow you to change the seal. There is a seal in the housing, and another in the base.

Ok so im looking for the prop seals. On iboats there is a 25 hp and a 25c hp that are in 1989. They are completly different. Which one would i be using? On marine engines.com they say i need two seals and on iboats for the 25hp (no c) it says i only need one. Which one
