The other day I removed all four spark plugs and one of them looked completely clean with no oil deposits at all, like it was brand new out of the box. Is this a sign of water getting into the cylinder? I changed them about two months ago.

Also, can you read voltage coming out of a power pack with an ordinary volt meter, and if so,what is its value?

If one plug looks "steam cleaned" then water is getting in there from somewhere. Start with a compression check and then most likely the head gasket.

Is the plug wet if so,if your in salt water area it will tast salty yes i have tasted many spark plugs. Its most likly head gasket /need a dva meter to check your power pak a mercury dva or a omc meter.the one that the book calls for because the book is gona tell u to switch it to different possisions for each test .do not use an ordinary volt meter or u will ruin it
