I'm working on installing a 1989 Force 125 HP engine (Model: 1254A9A) on my boat, but the bolt pattern doesn't match. Does anyone have the specs for bolt pattern so I can drill the holes properly?

I would suggest you use the mount on the motor to make a template from some pasteboard.
Be sure to carefully fill the old holes to keep water from rotting the transom

That is what I was planning on doing if I couldn't find the pattern online. It's an aluminum pontoon as well.

The "new" motor is it a 20" or 25" shaft?
The 25 will probably be too long.
Most toons are set up for a 20"

There are 2 holes at the top of the clamps, use the lower one.
There are 3 holes at the bottom of the clamps, use the center one.

Most Forces were mounted about 1" above the transom.

When I make a template I use a piece of 1/2" plywood 18"X 20"with a 1"x2" strip attached to the top.
Slide this up on the clamps and then mark the holes with a long pencil through the top bolt holes.
The 1x2 strip hangs on top of the transom.
Mark the top holes,
Mount the motor then cut the bottom holes.
