If that is the solid hub (rubber hub) prop, splined shaft with thrust pin drive under the tailcone, (as opposed to thru-hub exhaust) I believe the highest pitch you can get (without getting exotic) is 10 3/8 diam. X 13 pitch. On your light tin boat that 50 will definitely turn it and can probably swing a 14 pitch if you can find one. Some of the old Chrysler props were bronze and there are still two blade 10 1/2 X 14 around if you look hard. If you can find bronze or stainless relatively inexpensively, that is the way to go. Michigan aluminum props are well made but the stock Columbian aluminum props have ridiculously thick blades.
I would definitely NOT buy new. There are a lot of these props on the auctions and on junker engines. Buy a used one for testing purposes.
