tilt n trim was working fine earlier had to lift several times to get tangle out of prop as it had slow leak, but came off lake and no tilt, I can hear it clicking by motor, thinking its a reset somewhere or relay, any help would be appreciated by this old newer boat owner thanks jeff

If you can hear it click?? then your probably right about the relays.
Try changing the leads around.
Swap the green(down) for the blue(up) and see if that makes a difference.

The relays are cheap and easy to change.

A test light also helps.

In the first 3 posts is a thread that covers the leakdown.
The only thing you can fix in the pump is the leakdown, so don't disassemble the unit.

Just swap the blue for the green.
If the relay clicks? then does nothing?
It could be bad or the motor is trashed.

The top comes off and inspect the inside.

If water has gotten in? then change it.

well heres what I did and now have another issue, I replaced 1 relay and tilt trim motor, motor lifted but wouldn't go down, so I disconnected battery and replaced the other relay and nothing, and motor wont crack either, found a blown fuse in fuse box not issue, I wire brushed battery terminals nothing, I do have power to horn, bilge pump, n live well, just no crank and no power at tilt trim motor either, I seem to have good continuity at the starter relay when testing, ive had issues with the safety neutral switch before and toyed with it a little cant find any diagrams on how that switch is suppose to be positioned any help would be great guys thanks again jeff

If it works one way? it should work the other way??

But if the wire's broken in the top of the motor, it will only work one way.

You try swapping the blue/up for the green/down??
If that doesn't work? pull the motor and check the contacts?

The power to the horn and accessories has nothing to do with the T@T.

There should be 2 circuit breakers for the motor.
One for the motor and one for the T@T.
Test light, some one at the switch, have them hold the switch up or down and check the blue/ green for power.

Even new relays can be bad.
