I just bought this a month ago and the battery was dead last weekend so I put a new battery in and it doesn’t seem to be charging
it has 12 volts before starting and when running
it had about 13 volts when running before
any idea what is going on?

They're a trickle charge system, hold your test meter on the battery whilst running, if the charge level raises 0.01v every few seconds its charging, they don't charge like a car
