green wires throughout a boat are usually bonding wires. Every underwater fixture is bonded together to prevent electrolsys.
For the gas gauge, locate the sender at the tank, jump the pink and black together , and with key on gauge should read full.If yes. sender is bad .If no, wiring/gauge is bad.
Have you replaced the fuel filters?

Normally there's 2 wires at the fuel tank.
One goes to the gauge and the other goes to ground.

Does it start up after it stalls out?

it doesnt start up right away after it stalls, i cleaned the fuel filter, had some sediment in it, stil stalls at idle after it warms up, also i cant get the timing at 8 degrees btdc.with out it stalling. i can get it to about 12 degrees btdc then it staqlls. if the oil pressure unit is bad will it cause this ? ty
