1989 V-4 Evinrude 88 horsepower SPL E88MSLCER

Hello Everyone,<br /><br />I got a quick question. Is NGK spark plugs B7HS-10 the correct spark plug to use on a 1989 Evinrude 88 Horsepower SPL V-4 model# E88MSLCER. I also put 16 Ounces of Sea Foam in a full tank of gasoline with the boating oil mixed in with it. I cranked it up this past Saturday for about 15 minutes ran great. Today I decided to remove each plug and inspect it. some of them had a litle bit of oil and some a very little oil residue is this normal and when I wiped the oil away the plug was almost like brand new looking. Is this normal. Thank you.

Nope...that's not the right plug. What ya' need is the Champion QL77JC4. Set them at .030. Or for sustained high end running, us the QL16V. Go with the recommended plug Bubba.<br /><br />Oh....you can get a little bit better idle from them if they are set to .040. Don't hurt the top end.
