I have a 1989 115 yamaha that has decided it doesn't want to idle. It almost sounds like it is running rich, but if you lightly squeeze the bulb it idles. I can tap the choke a little sometimes to smooth it out at idle, also, and then hit the throttle to go. If it does die while low idling, it is very easy to flood it out when trying to restart it. Runs great at high rpms, just doesn't want to run at low rpms. Has a new bulb, end fitting, recent carb rebuild. Any ideas?
