My outboard tilts up and down just fine until I give it some gas then it wont trim up. Out of the water it will go all the way up and down but if I put any pressure on the prop it will not go up. The trim motor still runs and changes sounds like its under pressure but never quits running. Could the fluid be bad? Could there be air in it? If it was low I wouldn't think it would lift all the way up but it does. Anyone have any ideas
