Time to repower....how much you want from yours ??
Just kidding (it happens I am looking for a 115hp to 135hp to work on).

Anyway, definitely a compression test will help immensely, even a cheap tester witll let you know what your motor is doing.
You will have to look for a noticeable difference between cylinders, at least 10% or more.

While the engine is struggling either give it a real quick choke or use a squirt bottle of premix and give the carbs a shot of raw fuel and see what happens. It's a starting point.

c/6

Hooty
