hi guys...i have a 1990 force 150 and im having some running issues...starts fine and idles fine...as i accelerate, it feels like there is a miss.....then tonight on the lake i was only able to get about 4000 rpm....it would surge up and down at wide open throttle...felt like i dropped a cylinder at one point....got it back to dock and pulled the plugs...none of them appear overly wet like i would think they would if a cylinder wasnt firing.....then i noticed greenish foamy liquid on the top of my bottom carb.....the midddle carbs bowl is wet and im pretty sure its leaking......would this possibly be causing my problem? if so...what should i be looking for and what is my best fix?? thanks a million...........sucks being on vacation with boat problems!

Yes sounds like the needle valve is bad or float is set too high. May also be some debris in the carb. that is preventing the needle valve from seating properly. Could also be the bowl gasket is leaking. Only way to tell is to take the bowl off and check.
