1990 150xp pro heads

I have been on the search for a 332545 head for this motor. The original head all three plugs are hela coiled. And I noticed one of the bolts in the block was stripped as well so it is gonna have to be done. I just picked this motor up so no it wasn't I that did it. What causes these to fail. Too tight or do they just have crappy threads? I've ordered new port side head and all gaskets and t stats but is there anything I should be looking for here. The motor compression check was good all even. And if I ran just 150 heads on this what would it hurt. Model is a te150slcem

Sounds like someone had trouble with this motor.----New plugs every weekend and damaged that head.-----Best check this motor over carefully before spending your beer tokens on parts.
