Likely you missed removing / cleaning the high speed jet.---It is screwed into the carburetor bowl.-----Screwed in horizontally and about 5/8" long.

Couple things...
Check the gas. If you cleaned the carburetor and it worked for a while then quit, you may have crap in the gas. Do you have in-line fuel filters?
Check the fuel lines to be sure there are no air leaks.
Check fuel pump by removing line at carburetor, wrapping with rag and turning starter over. Fuel should be pumped into rag. If you run well at high speed you can discount this. Does the engine run at high speed? Does it run at all?
Not sure of this carburetor, but, I think the low speed jets are still be clogged. How did you clean them? Ensure the jets are clean with a fine wire and acetone.
What's the model number of the unit?

Nonsense.---------That high speed orifice plug is there.------All the fuel must go through it for the motor to run.----Take the time to do a proper inspection !!!
