I recently picked up this motor. It has a bar under the motor for trim positions. I noticed a lever on the right side of the motor that up until this point only looks like it helps to knock the locks out when you lift the motor up. It seems though that when you let the motor back down that it should lock onto the trim bar. Mine does not and you can pick it up or down all you want. Is this normal? What should it be doing? Thanks.
