1990 50hp force carb dripping extra fuel

I have a 1990 50hp force on a bayliner Capri. It doesn't like to run in idle but runs fine at high rpm. The carb is always dripping fuel when idling and sputters and quits. Maybe a float issue?

Behind the carb.Reeds
The reeds might be bad???
Pull the carb and look inside.

Do a compression test.

Rebuild the carb.
Get a manual and read the first couple of post in the Force forum.
Some good info there.
