1990 60 hp vro bogs

Motor was running fine all day, I had to back up in a shallow channel and ran into some muck. A few beeps came from the throttle lever and now the motor idles fine but bogs down when I try to go past 20 mph ?

Have you cleaned your lower unit?

take your prop off, you probably got weeds wrapped up on your shaft. of course make sure your tell tale is peeing
