how do i know if i am running lean just had my carbs cleaned and it runs good on snorkel but when i put it in water no good idles bad and wont rev up past 1,500 i know my electric choke is not working after they cleaned it could it be misadjusted or ? whats the best way to check if lean and how to adjust electric choke thanks alot
