1990 evenrude 120 upgrades

Ok guys I'm going to be rebuilding my rude 120 I want more power out of it. What can I change to get more hp. I already have carbs off a 140 I'm going to put on. I'd like to squeeze 150hp out of it if I can

Start by looking thru parts lists. Possible different parts are, Block, intake manifold, reeds, reed stops, exhaust tuners. There are companies that sell parts to increase the output. Shorter engine life and a more tempermental running engine will be the trade off

Put a set of 86-87 small bore heads on it...compression jumps about 15psi
