1990 Johnson 115 carburetor rebuild

I think it's time for a rebuild and wanted to know the best place to get a kit and if there are any gotcha's model#J115TLESB. Motor tries to stall when accelerating from 1500 RPMs to 3000 RPMs. If I hit the choke it takes off fine. Runs great at idle and at WOT.<br /><br />I've solved this problem before with fuel cleaner in the tank. I think it's time to fix it for good.<br /><br />Thanks in advance,<br />John

John - Think you got it nailed. Suggest that you use high compressed air to get the crud out of those passages that you can't see after you get it apart.
