Hey guys,
I’ve got a 90 Johnson 40 (J40telesr) I’m converting from tiller to remote. The box I bought (evinrude power pilot) has the red plug but my motor does NOT have the red plug. Can I leave the electric start and everything hooked up the way it is and just use the box for the shift and throttle? Any help is appreciated!
