I have a 1990 Mercury 175hp magnum II RX4 I just bought the motor and the previous owne had let it sit a while. I have gone through and replaced all the fuel lines, soaked the carbs. And made sure everything is how the manual says it should be. My problem is that I am not getting any fuel to the fuel bulb. I replaced the bulb with no change, I put $30.00 worth of fresh fuel in the tank. It is on a 22 ft. Deck boat and the gas tank is built into the boat and I can't really see it to know what to check and to to check for a blockage in the line. Can anyone tell me what need to have checked,
