Well first off, a weak deck may also be the indication of weak stringers, bulkheads, wet foam. All these can potentially lead to hull cracks and slow down the performance of the boat. So i would check first to make sure none of these has occured. Safety first. If it seems that everything is still holding in place and not rotted beyond a full resto there are a few options. To get by through the season you can drill tiny holes in the deck and inject epoxy (sometimes this works). Depending on location you could also cut a piece of plywood to cover the area. Then cut a 45 on all the edges and sand to take off the edge. You can try adding some fiberglass ontop of the rotted spot, but if the wood is rotten the first person that puts their weight on it, it is going to crack because of the fiberglass flexing. Really these are just temp fixes.

Just make sure you replace the deck and do it right. Limping along on a temp fix is not good for the boat or your safety.
