1990 Mercury 2 stroke 200

Looking at an older 24 ft Chapparal Cuddy Cabin with no motors, seller has twin 1990 Mercury 200 hp 2 strokes with about 300 hours each he'd like to sell also (says they run great). What are opinions on this motor and what is a decent price? I assume, but do not know, he has all controls and rigging needed.

The older the thirstier they are.
Get something at least 2000 EFI
Mercury or the fuel injected Yamahas

I had twin 88/85's and changed to a single 225EFI and got 20 mph and used less fuel.

This is a conversion from i/o to outboard, how would you determine optimal hp for this probably fairly heavy boat?
