Hello Boat rebuilding gods, I have a new project. The last project my 84' Skeeter tri-hull was an epic failure. This project will hopefully rebuild my damaged ego.
Everything has gone great so far the motor 1992 Tohatsu needed very little work, she runs great. When I picked her up the fiberglass hull was full of leaves. All of the carpet had basically been stripped due to the decomposition process. I pulled the rest up last weekend. Now doing some cleaning I see I have lots of spots of marine adhesive. Some spots flake off some other spots I have had a heck of a time getting clean. Anyone have any good secret solvents to get rid of this crap. Any help would be much appreciated.

I will move this to the restoration section.

Many of us have stripped glue using a cup brush on an angle grinder. Use a gentle touch since you can strip EVERYTHING with that much power.
