1991 4.3 DP-C Damaged trim cylinder internals

I have a 1991 Aquastar Carrera with a 4.3 DP-C. I bought the boat late last year. I have been having trim issues this summer. I rebuilt the pump and did not help. I ordered rebuild kit for the cylinders, when I took them apart I found that there was internal damage to one of the cylinders. I would call it the piston is broken. Is there anywhere I can just get the part? Without having to replace the cylinder? The cylinder part number is 3860881.
