Hello everybody,

My buzzer is going off when I turn the key to the on position. I was told by my dealer to unplug tan wires until the buzzing stops. The buzzing stops when I unplug a tan wire which is near my main electrical plug, I traced the wire all the way to a set of wires which go under the flywheel, from there I need to take the flywheel off I imagine. Does anyone know what wire might lead me to? Thanks to all.

One your engine, the steady tone indicates overheat of the engine. Look at the head and you will see a tan wire coming from the head. This is the temp sensor lead. You should also see a rubber boot close to the head. Pull this boot back to expose a knife connector and take it apart. Turn the key on. If the alarm isn't sounding now, the temp sensor is likely bad. If it still sounds, the horn module may well be bad.

You didn't post wether or not the engine is equipped with VRO.

While you are tracing that tan wire inspect it too. Any abrasion through the insulation that might allow the wire to contact a grounded part of your motor will sound the alarm.
