1991 8hp Evinrude Yachtwin freshwater flush?

We live on the GA coast and just bought an old Pearson sailboat. It has a 1991 8hp Evinrude Yachtwin on it. How do you flush the water system with fresh water? Is there a special adapter available to flush it? Thank you in advance. Carter

no special adapter, has to be barrel run.
