1991 90 HP Manual Question

Good Afternoon! I am currently working on diagnosing a few small (hopefully) problems on my outboard. My outboard model number is VE90TLEIE. I want to try to find a service manual to assist me through as I'm a newbie to this. Problem I am having is the year ranges the manuals cover. I cannot seem to find one for a 1991 year model for the 90 hp. They are either 1990 and prior or 1992 and after. Has anyone come across this before or am I just missing something? I just want to make sure I get the right one. Anyone else come across this? Thanks in advance

There is not much difference on these motors from year to year.-------What is your motor doing / not doing ?----What information are you looking for from a manual ?

The motor is relatively new to me, I've only been out on the water with a few times. I am currently working on rebuilding the carbs and trying to go through the motor to find any potential problems. I do not know for sure what was/wasn't serviced by the previous owner. I want to make sure things are running as they are supposed to. I am also looking at possibly adding a tach as the boat does not currently have one on-board.

Rebuilding the carburetors is a very common starting point for many folks.----I have no idea why that is.----Not much can or does go wrong with them.----What is the motor doing / not doing.-----What other inspection / trouble shooting was done ?----What did the seller state about this motor ?

Seller stated the motor had been running fine for them. I decided to rebuild the carbs due to the fact that I lost the bottom two cylinders the last time I had the boat out. I did a compression and spark test and verified both of those were in working order and working spec. I assumed I had a bottom carb issue and decided to just rebuild them both while I was at it. I found the largest of the jets weren’t seated on the bottom carb (actually weren’t even threaded in at all). While working on the carbs I discovered a small leak on the fuel side of the VRO pump. Whole reason I was looking for a manual was to make sure I didn’t miss anything as I repair and replace.
