Good afternoon and happy 4th of July! I recently got a new to me 1991 Nitro 16' bass boat with a 90HP force motor. Everything is running good except that I am only getting about 3000rpm. It also takes a bit for it to plane out. While out on the water yesterday, I was reading some forum threads on here about spun props. So when I got home last night, I marked the prop and hub. Took it out today and she runs good just takes a while to get on plane. The prop looks to me like it needs to be replaced but I don't know what to get.

The first picture is the only writing I could find on the prop. Not sure where else to look.

The second pic of the prop and hub, you can see where I marked hub about the 1 o'clock position and the prop is marked about the 5-6 position.

So based on what I have read on here so far, I know I need to replace the hub and with as bad as the prop looks I might as well replace it also. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It will mostly be me and my 8 year old girl going out with my wife going from time to time.

If do not remember wrong the std props to Force 90Hp are 13x17, 13x19 and 13x21 depending on the load of the boat.
Then there maybe be 13x15 and 13x13 for really heavy boats and 13x23 for light/ racing boats.

I believe yours is a 13x19.

BTW remember that a prop for a single exhaust LU Force 85-125Hp with right pitch will not fit a 90-150Hp Force with a dual exhauste LU.
The dual exhaust props has a lite taper at the side which goes against the LU.
This makes the prop edge to slide in a litle bit into the LU.
This taper prevent exhaust to go out between the LU and prop causing cavitation.

The prop has a 19c stamped next to a 17 ?
Possible that someone's had the prop reworked from a 17 to a 19.

Post pics of the whole prop and the pieces needed to mount it.

If the scribed lines moved? the hubs probably bad?

Myself, I have never seen that type holder for the nut/washers??
Pics??

Sorry for the 3 additional posts. I took pics from the front of the prop, the side and the whole motor.

That prop looks like it's been reworked or even a Yamaha prop???

Does the motor start easily?
Do a compression and spark test.

3000rpm's If the hub was spun it should be able to go to 5-6000 easily.

Definitely starts easily. I also replaced the spark plugs since that is something I do on all new to me used vehicles. Compression is fine. I have the prop pulled and gonna hit a couple of local boat repair places in here Huntsville, AL today.
