Looks like this oil system is finished. Everything is clear, all the tubes etc. Got it to spit oil from the manifold tubes by priming with an oil can and carefully hooked it all up again. Ran good for a while lots of good smoke even after removing the 50:1 but it has gone dry again. Suspect the pump.
Going to 50:1 but will leave everything in place including oil in the tank to lube the pump.
Need to know what I must do to fool the computer so it doesn't go into reduced revs.

Hey James, just disconnect the oil level switch, unless you just keep the oil reservoir with oil so it thinks it has alot of oil in there .... I would take out the gear inside the oil pump and then bolt it on again, otherwise it might cause you problems later on .... it is easy to do, take off, remowe drive shaft of oil pump, bolt on again, 5 minute job ..... the rest you leave as is ....

Thanks once again DJC. Of course that is why Suzuki made those extended bolt heads.
Just one other question . What does one do about the oil flow sensor.

you can just disconnect the sensor, or you need to pin it, I just can't remember right now what works best, had a bit of a hectic weekend hahaha

You can just unplug it, at least that's how I did mine, works fine

DJC thanks for all the info. No way to get wrenches on the pump bolts without removing the power head or at least the carbs and if one was successfull I doubt if it is possible to put the pump back. Not worth the extra work and cost. Pulled the tubes and plugged and made stubs and plugged those. Pulled the flow sensor wires. Left the tank with oil in to lub the pump.
