1991 evinrude 175hp help????

Hi guys, on a 1991 175hp Evinrude, Do you guys know, if I install the Impeller housing with only 3 screws, do you know if it holds, the reason I?m asking is one of the screws broke, and when trying to remove the broken screw, the Lower unit housing got damage where the screw goes in, I don?t have a way to use the 4 screw, I can only use 3 screws, any help will be appreciated.

If it were mine, I would take the LU to a machine shop and have the broken bolt removed. If OMC thought three screws were enough, that's how many it would ahve.
