I have had this for around 3 years and this year two new issues appeared. There is an oily substance behind the starter motor above the carb. I cannot identify where it is actually coming from. However since it appeared at this level the engine has become quite cumbersome to get started. Once running its as smooth as can be. I am not sure if these two are related, but open to any ideas.
