1991 Evinrude tiller

A friend of mine wants to convert his Evinrude 28 hp to a tiller.
E28eslei3 is the serial he gave me.
I've searched a bit, can't come up with a good match myself.
Any one know how to find one? Apparently he took off the tiller years ago and converted it to helm steering. Now he is wanting to switch it back.

Best find a donor motor with a tiller.----New will be expensive.------Post wanted adds on Kijiji or craiglist.

Yeah, I did find one that MIGHT fit. Sent the link to him, but I'm going to keep looking for a bit and see whats out there.
