my tilt trim on 120 hp is not working, I had this problem a while ago and replaced the valve body and it worked fine, this time I tried the same thing but it still will not work, if I raise the motor by hand the trim cylinder will operate and hold the motor, but when I lower it, it will not raise the motor with the weight of the motor on it. The tilt cylinder will not do anything. Help
